We automate the workyou still doby hand.

An independent AI automation studio. We build the systems that do your repetitive work for you: for your business, and a personal agent for your own day. Wired into the tools you already use, built to measure. You own it; your data never leaves your accounts.

Automation, built to measure.

We find the repetitive task that eats your team's week and take it off their plate: wired into the tools you already use, scoped to your business, never a template. You approve; it executes.

01

Customer conversations

An assistant answers inquiries and support questions on your website, Messenger, or WhatsApp, in your voice, around the clock. It hands you only what truly needs a person.

02

Invoices & documents

It reads incoming invoices, receipts, and forms, pulls out what matters, and files it where it belongs: your accounting, a sheet, your drive. No more retyping by hand.

03

Leads, captured and routed

Every inquiry gets a fast, qualified reply and lands with the right person. Nothing sits in an inbox going cold over the weekend.

04

Systems, connected

We wire your CRM, accounting, inbox, and calendar together so data moves on its own, instead of being copied between tabs.

05

Briefings & reports

A morning brief of what needs you today, and the reports you used to assemble by hand, delivered on schedule, wherever you read first.

06

Custom workflows

If it is repetitive and runs on rules, it can be automated. We scope the one that would save you the most, and build that first.

In practice

You approve. It executes.

One deployment, shown the way you would actually see it: a quiet morning brief, a draft ready to send, and a follow-up it remembers so you do not have to.

  • Your data stays in your own accounts. We copy nothing out.
  • It does nothing irreversible without your approval.
  • Built on open source. No lock-in, revoke access in one click.
  • The founder builds it personally. No hand-off to junior staff.

One example · the morning brief

online

Morning brief: 14 new emails. 2 urgent: Lumen is waiting on your quote, invoice no. 214 is 5 days overdue. Calendar: client call at 10:00.

07:45

Draft the reply to Lumen.

07:52

Done. The draft is in your inbox: scope, price, two open questions. Send it?

07:53

Send it.

07:54

Sent. If they go quiet, I will follow up on Thursday.

07:54

Build

We scope the automation, build it to measure, connect it to your tools, and hand it over running. One clear price, agreed before we start.

Fixed price · 1 to 3 weeks

Run

Hosting, monitoring, and improvements as your business changes. We keep it running and make it better, month after month.

For you, personally

Your own AI agent.

Not another chatbot. A private agent that lives on top of your own inbox, calendar, and files, and takes the small admin of your day off your hands. It works in the background and checks in with you, never around you.

One example · your morning

online

Morning. Today: 3 meetings, dentist at 14:00. The Vienna flight you tracked is at its lowest if booked today (35 EUR less). Book it?

08:10

Book it.

08:12

Booked, receipt is in your mail. I will remind you to check in 24h before.

08:12

Prep me for the 15:00 call.

08:13

Ready: last thread with Novak summarised, plus 3 open points in a note on your desk.

08:13

A morning with it

It runs the small stuff.

A quiet agent that already read your inbox, watched the price you were tracking, and lined up your day, so the first thing you do is decide, not dig.

  • It runs on your own accounts. We copy nothing out.
  • It does nothing irreversible without your say-so.
  • Private, and only yours. Revoke access in one click.
  • Built on open source. No platform to rent, no lock-in.

01

Inbox & messages

It triages what lands in your inbox, drafts replies in your voice, and surfaces only what actually needs you. You skim, you approve, it sends.

02

Calendar & scheduling

It books, reschedules, and protects your focus time, and hands you a short prep before every meeting so you walk in ready.

03

Research & decisions

Flights, a supplier, a purchase, a place to eat: it gathers the options, compares them, and gives you the two that matter, with the reasoning.

04

Follow-through

It remembers what you promised and who owes you a reply, then nudges at the right moment. Nothing slips because you were busy.

05

Personal admin

Forms, bookings, renewals, receipts. The quiet paperwork of a life gets sorted and filed where you will find it later.

06

Your own knowledge

Your notes, documents, and everything you saved become one place you can simply ask, instead of digging through folders and threads.

We host, monitor, and improve it as things change. A long-term partner, not a one-off.

The studio

A young studio with old standards. We automate fewer things, and we finish them properly.

Aldridge was founded in 2025 by Matej Kňaze in Prievidza, Slovakia. We work with founders, small teams, and busy people who are tired of doing the same task twice.

We work alongside MeetMind, an AI meeting-intelligence platform. The automations we deploy stand on the same production-tested AI foundations.

No account managers, no hand-offs to junior staff. The person who answers your inquiry is the person who designs, builds, and runs your automation.

Data we copy out of your accounts

Questions we hear often.

What can you actually automate?

Anything repetitive that runs on rules: answering inquiries and support, reading invoices and documents, capturing and routing leads, syncing your tools, morning briefings, and reports. If it is done the same way every week, it is a candidate.

Can it be a personal assistant for me, not just my company?

Yes. That is the personal agent: a private one that runs your own inbox, calendar, research, and admin. It prepares the work and waits for your approval, and it lives on your accounts, not ours.

How does pricing work?

Build is a fixed price you see before we start. Run is a monthly plan for hosting, monitoring, and improvements. No hourly surprises, and you can cancel Run anytime.

How fast can it be live?

Most automations go live in one to three weeks from brief. We scope it in the first week and give you a date we hold.

Who owns it, and where does our data live?

You own the code, with every project. Your data stays in your own accounts, your inbox, CRM, accounting, drive. We copy nothing out, and you can revoke our access in one click.

Can it send or do something without us?

No. It prepares the work and waits for your approval; anything irreversible is off by design. You see every action it takes, in plain language.

Is it built on something we would be locked into?

No. We build on open source and hand over the code. There is no proprietary platform to rent and no lock-in. If you ever leave, everything keeps working.

We are small, or it is just me. Is this overkill?

Usually the opposite. One automation that saves a few hours a week pays for itself fast, and a small team, or one busy person, feels it most. We start with the single task worth the most.
